CA DMV rules for front sticker placement.
I have searched pictures of CA HOV Sticker placement
and stickers can be placed or have been place, anywhere near the front of the car
to just slightly in front of the front wheels on the front quarter panel.
I am trying to decide where to put my front sticker on my Ruby Red Fusion.
The problem is that it looks ugly no matter where I put it.
