Hi Russael,

Our offices are closed over the weekend, and my target turnaround on PM's are 2 business days. I replied to you yesterday afternoon. :)

Someone needs to teach the service people how to test drive a hybrid/Energi after performing maintenance.

I have a 3rd key fob that is only used during service to keep whatever they do out of my driving history.

Depending on what they did, they have to check the vehicle performance, which does not necessarily mean driving for efficiency!

That's funny.  A Driving Score of 10 in 1.9 miles.  Is that the all time low??

My dealer had to test drive my car also but it did not affect my Driving Score like that.  They did return my car to me with a completely drained HVB and did not bother to charge it before calling me and saying my car was ready.

Has anyone figured this out? This still doesn't work for us. The dealership screwed up programming the APIM so now we cannot access the remote start settings. I brought the car back today and they didn't do anything to fix it. Today they drained the HVB and burned 0.11 gallons of gas. When I saw that the HVB was depleted after they called and told me they were done I called and asked if they could please plug it in. They did and I got home right before the car dropped into hybrid mode. They had the heat cranked up to HI and fan on full blast as part of their testing. They are going to contact Ford on Monday to try to figure out how to fix it.

Any new updates today, Hybridbear? I recommend continuing with your dealer to have this taken care of, but please keep me in the loop. If you need me for anything, just give me a shout. :)
