Auto-Up Windows

I have a 2013 Titanium Energi.  Since I've had the car - about 6 months, the auto-up feature on the windows will randomly stop working - sometimes several times a day and sometimes not for a week.

I've had it in to the dealer and, of course, while they had it it worked perfectly every time.  I know there was a TSB about this but my car was not built during the time for which the TSB applied.

I've looked thru the owner's manual and don't see how you can "stop" the auto-up feature from working - only how to re-set it when it's not - but that suggests that you can, in fact, turn it off.  Am I inadvertently "killing" the auto-up feature?  (It always works on auto-down.)

i have the same issue. I havent taken mine into the dealer yet, was planning to in the next couple of weeks. Just today I noticed it worked for only the 2nd time since owning the car (4 months). Hopefully the dealer will just fix it so i dont have to do return trips.

Hardp and Rexracer,

I recommend having your dealer take a look at this to determine if this is normal operation. Once you've made an appointment, send me a PM with your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and dealer info.
