Value Charge not working - Car charging when it shouldn't

For some reason, my Value Charge setting stopped working recently.

Everything is set up as it should be.  I've been using it for more than a year with no problem.  But just recently, it stopped working properly.

The problem is that I'll have it in Value Charge mode, but if I plug it in during non-charging times, the car starts charging anyway (instead of waiting for midnight, when it's supposed to kick in according to my schedule.)

The car sees the schedule fine.  It tells me it's in Value Charge mode, and it recognizes that the next window for charging is at 12 AM.  Ditto for the website interface.  But it starts charging anyway.

OK, now I've got the converse problem:  It's not charging when it should.

I just plugged it in at 9 AM on a Saturday morning. That's value-charge time, so it should be charging, but it's waiting instead.  Oddly, it says it's waiting until 10 AM.  I have no idea how/why it picked that time.  Here's the status:

Well that's interesting -- I just went into the web interface to see if I could get a screenshot of my Value Charge profile to show that there was no 10 AM parameter in it.  But when I tried to edit, it gave me a drop-down menu I haven't gotten before:

After selecting your utility (PGE, for me) you have to pick a rate plan, and then it sets up the profile automatically for you.  That wasn't operational last time I set up a profile; instead, you had to set the time slots manually.

I selected my rate schedule, sync'd it, and the car started charging as it should.  So we'll see if this works properly going forward.

Unfortunately, I can't see the profile now.  I (think) I know what it is, but it seems like they should tell you!
