A person from Ford by the name of Crystal sent me a message asking me to send her PM (Private Message?) along with some information so that she could help me with my issue. I cannot figure out how to send her a PM. The phone number she gave me goes to a generic message center which didn't help. The email address simply reads "@FordFusion" and that site doesn't help. Do that, and you can send her what she needs. If the board doesn't kill links, this works too: http://www.fordfusionenergiforum.com/user/563-fordservice/ And then click "send me a message".
