I would check that the Charge Port Light is set to "On". From your My Ford Touch screen:Settings (gears icon)VehicleCharge Port Light RingOn If it is set to On then it is possible that the fuse needs replacing. Same no lights when charging, however just plugged it back in ( showed full charge at 16 miles) and now it appears to be working.
