It seems like it would be a no-brainer to develop a Pandora App at least. When I had to upgrade my Sync version, I thought it would be a simple to develop an App that backed up your custom settings (eg: radio presets, display settings, etc) . Now that Ford has dumped the Microsoft based Sync and are going to use the Blackberry OS for future generations, we are screwed. Ford is going to quickly ramp down the Microsoft development and support teams and we'll be luck to get yearly big fixes for our version of Sync. The only possible 'good' outcome from Ford switching to Blackberry would be if they gave the MS version of Sync to the open source community. then you will see custom apps.
