My 2014 Fusion Energi with 12k miles went haywire last Friday, displayed bogus warning that the coolant had overheated after sitting for 30 minutes. Restarted the car and tgat message did not appear but the check engine light plus a couple others wcame on. 3 hour tow truck etc. Picked it up the next day but a) it doesn't feel 100% and b) the seat heat is slightly on even though the indicator is not. Then all of a sudden it will appear on at the highest level. Just really worried other things aren't working as they should. Yuk. Love my car though...

Hi Trouvera,

Welcome to the forum!

I want to send this up to your customer service manager. Please send me a private message with your VIN, best daytime phone, full name, and dealer name/location. I'll get right on it.

You can send a PM to our Ford Service rep. Search for user FordService. She can help you.

Thanks!!!

Meagan
