Three of the 4 quadrants have gone out and I took it in in December, before the holidays and they still don't have a replacement. I also paid extra to have my windows tinted and every window has bubbles. The person that they hired to tint them did a really bad job and stained the interior of my car all over the place. I got the car the last day of September new. I am disappointed at the level of customer service. Are others having this kind of problem? If they wont fix it, go to the BBB and complain. If that doesnt solve the issue, maybe contact your state's AG for help. If that all fails, you could take them to small claims court.
