Active Lane Control

Before I had my Fusion I had an 2012 Infiniti M35 Hybrid. It had the smart cruise, collision avoidance, and lane departure warning and assist. They were very impressive features and worked very well, but I don't think I'd climb out of the drivers seat and let it drive itself like that. They are advanced, but not designed to do everything autonomously... Yet.

This is the next advancement after lane keeping. My only question is who gets the speeding ticket when there is no one in the drivers seat?
