Specific text messaging issues

Spoke to the IVT again on the phone today to inform them it was still broken after 3.8. They're looking into it this time and will call me back end of this or early next week.

After a few tries with one dealership and multiple calls back to the in vehicle tech team I was told things like the case was closed. There's a new case number. We can't put you through to the person I had spoken to just before I posted the above quote and eventually by both a member of the in vehicle tech team and the regional manager these forums had put me into contact with that the problem was normal and could not be fixed at this time (stop trying).

 

He just called me. Almost 5 months to the day from the above quote date. Asking what was going on? Why hadn't he heard back from the dealer?  Get organized Ford.
