The dealer replaced the modem with 3G so now it sees my car. NOW myfordmobile won't let it charge and once again no help. After resetting and adding my car back, myfordmobile is still hung. The ap is set to charge now but it keeps saying waiting to charge ansd resetting the time it will start charging back 10 minutes. There must be some way to get around this. Nothing on the ap works because it's hung. Hoow can Ford design something so badly? The issue with the ap seems to be in Ford's computers.
