I've been tasked with taking care of the car and want to learn as much as I can about it. It's a great car so far, having no problems since new (about 1.5 years old), except for an errant lug wrench that has partially penetrated the bottom of the car (which is the main reason I've posted). The lug wrench was kicked up by the left-front tire and had lodged itself into the black insulation covering the entire middle section of the car. Is this insulation covering all Fusions, or is it a Fusion Energi thing? I was able to easily remove the lug-wrench, but it has damaged that black felt floor insulation (which my friend wants replaced). Does anyone know what this lower floor-covering is called, or perhaps a part number for it? She doesn't want to use her insurance because she's afraid it will give them reasons for jacking up her rates.
