mattdick Posted September 22, 2015 at 10:35 PM Report Share Posted September 22, 2015 at 10:35 PM I bought mine about 2100 miles ago, and I still have about a quarter of a tank--I can charge at home and at work, which is fantastic. Loving it so far, but I was hoping for a bit more flexibility through the website/app. Matt jeff_h

mattdick Posted September 23, 2015 at 04:34 PM Author Report Share Posted September 23, 2015 at 04:34 PM I had been hoping to be able to control more of the car remotely--essentially I wanted the climate control dashboard controls on my phone. I also want to get a text if my car is unplugged when I'm away from it (long, uninteresting story about re-paving my driveway being the reason). There's a fair amount of data that the car could easily log (and probably does) and display for me, or let me download as a raw data file so I can play around with it. For instance I'd love the trip and charge logging to be in a comma separated file for download, with start/stop times for climate control status, speed, braking, entertainment data and times. It seems trivial to provide what the car is collecting anyway. That's some of what I want. I understand that not all of this would be available, but some of it would be nice. msd
jeff_h Posted September 23, 2015 at 09:19 PM Report Share Posted September 23, 2015 at 09:19 PM (edited) I also want to get a text if my car is unplugged when I'm away from it (long, uninteresting story about re-paving my driveway being the reason). See below pic from account settings when using the MFM web site - I think I get notices on the web site of accidental unplug, think I had it set up once for MFM to do that, I know Chargepoint sends a text so maybe that's what I'm thinking of....
