I've called SiriusXM technical support and they've acknowledged that other Ford Fusion customers have reported the issue. They referred me to Ford. My Ford dealer has been zero help. SiruiusXM had me Refresh my Radio. No help. Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas for how to fix? Satellite signals are extremely weak as it is, and any defect in the antenna or cabling may exacerbate your problem. What has your dealer done so far? Anything get replaced?
