What's a reasonable wait time for dealer service under warranty?

I had to make a service appointment with my local dealer (Albany Ford), and there was a 10-day wait for an open slot.  There's a problem with the car, and it's still under warranty.

I looked up the Ford dealers' franchise agreement, and it requires dealers to provide prompt service for cars under warranty.

What's a reasonable time to wait for an appointment?  If 10 days isn't unreasonable, what is?  20 days?  A month?

Here's the standard Ford dealers' franchise agreement:

See Section 4 - RESPONSIBILITIES WITH RESPECT TO SERVICE

4. The Dealer shall develop, maintain and direct a trained, quality service organization and render at the DEALERSHIP FACILITIES prompt, workmanlike, courteous and willing service to owners and users of COMPANY PRODUCTS....

4(b)(1): The Dealer shall perform all warranty and policy service on each COMPANY PRODUCT it is certified to sell and service, presented by owners....
