Battery not fully charging?

So the battery indicator on my dash never fills all the way up.  This started a couple of weeks ago.  My last charge ring quadrant never lights, even after being plugged in for over 2 hours and the wall charger says it is continuously charging and the charging ring never seems to shut off.

The myfordmobile charge log says it charged 100% in 1 hour and 38 minutes which seems right according to recent use.

Any ideas?

Could try undoing the negative battery terminal on your 12v for a minute to see if you can get the battery charger for the hvb to redo its estimate and see if it resets... if that doesn't work, dealership trip.  May be a bad cell within the battery pack which is preventing it from charging all the way.

No flashing, light on charger says it's charging and it's on for over an hour past time it should shut off. Verified Light quadrant does work.

By flashing I meant that when the charging plug is inserted into the car the four light segments should flash once in turn before you hear the contactor in the car pull in,  Shortly after that you should hear the contactor in the EVSE pull in.  That's with my 240 volt EVSE.  I don't remember if the contactor in the 120 volt EVSE is audible.

If your charge port light ring (all four quadrants) stays on after your HVB charge is complete, it sounds like what murphy explained, your 12v battery may be charging.  Mine does the same thing every so often.  I do not drive my car daily.  After I drive my car and charge it, after I receive the text message that charging is complete, my charge port light ring remains on (not flashing) and my 240v charger indicates that my car is still charging (I have a Clipper Creek so a green light shows charging).  I can hear a low hum from the fan so I know the 12v battery is being charged; unlike the full blast whirring when the HVB is being charged.  At other times, after not driving the car for a week, my Clipper Creek indicates it's charging and I can hear a low hum from the fan, but the charge port light ring does not illuminate.  My 12v battery is being charged.

Is that what you notice with your car?

I also have a clipper creek.  I haven't really paid that much attention.  First I though the last quadrant had burnt out again but when I took out the charger and plugged it back in all quadrants lit up. Then I got in the car and noticed the battery charge indicator on the dash was only ~90% charged.  I found it charging for over an hour after myfordmobile said it was completely charged. It has never done this in the 3 years I've had it.

I just looked and I only got 3.5Kwh off the battery today.  It was about 60 degrees when I went to work.
