GreenBean Rewards Posted December 11, 2016 at 03:53 PM Report Share Posted December 11, 2016 at 03:53 PM Hello, We recently developed a free membership program available only to EV owners that lets them enjoy exclusive deals, and allows them to earn free public charging sessions by shopping at their favorite stores. If you have a moment, please take this very brief survey that will help us decide which stores you want deals from. It's maybe 5 or 6 multiple choice questions. https://goo.gl/forms/jjLEMqxVLGZRhPCd2 Thanks,GreenBean Rewards howardbc
jeff_h Posted December 11, 2016 at 04:35 PM Report Share Posted December 11, 2016 at 04:35 PM From the intro of the page linked above - GreenBean Rewards is a first of its kind free membership rewards program available only to electric vehicle (EV) households. GreenBean members receive exclusive deals delivered on their mobile device that can save them up to 20% on purchases at some of their favorite retail brands - for instance Whole Foods, Panera Bread, or REI. Additionally, members receive 3 free public charging sessions after joining. The special offers are easily redeemed whether shopping at a store or online. Furthermore, GreenBean Rewards is unique as a rewards program with social mission. Whenever members take advantage of these deals, two things happen: They earn points toward more free public charging AND a portion of the proceeds is used to fund public charging infrastructure, making it easier for more people to drive electric. murphy Posted December 11, 2016 at 06:01 PM Report Share Posted December 11, 2016 at 06:01 PM Is GreenBeans setting up a network of public charging stations or providing free access to existing networks? Is this a US wide program because this forum has members from all over the US and some foreign countries?
shaggy314 Posted December 20, 2016 at 07:28 AM Report Share Posted December 20, 2016 at 07:28 AM Might not get any traction in Austin, TX as $25 for 6 month of unlimited charging is what we have now. Since the city allows your solar production to even cover that you can drive for nearly free around town...
