Here are a few better photos of my 2017 after blacking out the grille and fog lamp surrounds.

It had just finished raining, but the beauty of silver is the ability to hide the dirtiness.

Also has door emblems removed, lowering springs, and tint (5% all but windshield, 35% windshield).

My 2017 Ruby Red Platinum goes in for tinting next Friday. Suntek's top end film, 35% in the rear, and maybe 50% up front, with the windshield stock. I might go 35 in the front windows based on how dark the rear seems. I'll take a look midway through the install to make the call. My prior 2015 FFE Titanium in the pearl white looked barely tinted with 50% all around.

What did you get for lowering springs? Any observations on the change? Do they change the ride characteristics? Any issues with handling the extra weight of the Energi?

Edit: just noticed H&R springs in your signature...

The ride quality seems very close to stock, but it does corner/handle better. I do it solely for looks, I'm not a fan of a lot of wheel well gap and have lowered just about every car I've ever owned including Corvettes. I used the H&R AWD springs. I lowered my last Energi as well and after 2 years and 20,000 miles I didn't have any issues. Due to the added weight, they get slightly lower than a normal gas engine Fusion.
