When it was new, and fully charged, it would start out 0 hours when full. About a year ago, it would read .1 hours on 110, 0 hours on 220 when full. This summer it went to .2 hours on 110, .1 on 220 when full. This week it now reads .3 on 110, .1 on 220, when full. I know batteries have reduced use time as they age, is that what is causing this read out? It never says 0 hours to charge anymore.
