2014 FFE warning lights freak out

I recently purchased a used 2014 FFE Titanium with 50k miles on it.  I bought it from a Ford dealer and got an extended warranty on it.  A few weeks after I bought it the warning lights on the dash started going on and off, the whole car freaked out.  Warnings for everything came on, I have attached a short video.  It kept doing it until I would park it.  Once I got out and left if for a while it would be fine.  no lights or warnings at all.  I took it to the dealer but they said unless the check engine light was on, they couldn't do anything about it.

I drove it for a few days and it happened again a few times.  One of the times the check engine light came on and stayed on so I went back to the dealer.  They found a ton of codes and do a full flash on the electronics and said all was good.  I drove it for about two weeks and it started happening again.  Dealer is clueless.

Anyone ever seen anything like this?

Thanks.

Wyn

That looks so familiar.  Except mine happened consistently on attempting startup (I got crazy chimes and lights but most times couldn't get it to drive).  Your description sounds like it happens when you're driving.  Here's hoping you have the same cause, because it has a simple solution.

Do you have a bluetooth OBDII adapter plugged in at startup and are using Torque Pro?  If so, there's a known problem where Torque Pro searches for the protocol to use and confuses the FFE to be in that insane state.  Once I unplugged the OBDII adapter, I still got chimes hell for several more startups, but each time it cures itself with some fiddling (seemed to be opening and closing the driver's door worked pretty good for me).  Eventually, the chiming at startup goes away.  Here's a description of that particular problem.

jj2me,

I don't have anything plugged into my OBDII port. :(. I wonder though if the port itself is the problem.  when I took it to the dealer the first time, they couldn't even get their system to connect to the computer in my car.  They had to do something else to pull codes.

Thanks for the reply!
