Powertrain Fault idiot light came on

The bushing detached from my car last week, I take it to my mechanic and I didn´t wanna buy the hole system cause is a little expensive for me in this time so he just put silicon ahahahaha and problem solve. Saludos and sorry my english, hope you find useful

The wrench and the engine light came on today and I only have 13,500 miles on my 2019 Ford Energi. It’s been working absolutely flawlessly up to now - other than an annoying issue where the battery icon shows as being half full after it’s depleted (anyone else have this issue?). 

I just got gas (perhaps the car was mad about that; I don’t do it often!), pulled it in our garage, and noticed the wrench and engine lights were on - first for any warnings. 

 

I don’t even know if it’s still under warranty-I suppose it is? Perhaps there’s a recall on this issue by now. Other than that it works absolutely perfectly, but I can’t afford to be stranded out in the boonies.

The half battery icon, after the main drive section of the battery is depleted, is the hybrid section of the battery, showing its state of charge. It's not an issue, it's part of the display operation.
