  1. 1. I had it in to get windows up fixes 2. My Touch locked up a few times; they replaced the whole control module for it 3. Go Times didn't work; they applied the latest FCIM version from TSB 13-05-28 4. The battery cover on my key phob wouldn't stay on; they replaced both keys
  2. Ok thanks for checking. Well, them updating the FCIM to newest version fixed the problem for me. They worked this morning for the first time. In the TSB it says "In addition, the defrost option may not be available in the Instrument Cluster Settings - Remote Start Menu." I guess there are several versions of the FCIM software. I think my service sheet said that they put on version 87.05 which is much higher then what the TSB is referencing; 84.03 and higher or 85.01 and higher. The service guy said they had to update their code reader after talking to Ford because the FCIM version they referenced was higher then the code reader so it didn't know about it. HAHA
  3. When I got home I set a go time for 20 minutes out. About 5 minutes later for the first time the fans turned on and the car started warming up. 15 minutes later the car was a good bit warmer then it was before. I didn't bring a thermometer but I guess it was 72. From the TSB I think you can tell if you have new working version on the FCIM or not. In the settings on the dash on the left hand screen; go to remote start and climate. if you don't have settings for front and rear defrost; you don't have the newest version. I do now but to be honest not sure if I did before or not. I am guessing not. Hope this helps and this is what worked for me. Not sure if it will work for everyone though.
  4. I just heard from the Dealer and it sounds like they completed the same TSB as edwarj3. He said they contacted Ford they said to update the FCIM to the latest version. I was explaining what you guys had seen and the customer service rep was really nice (Hi, if you are reading this HAHA) and wanted to check out this forum to see if it sounded like they did the same thing. I believe the fix is to update the FCIM to the latest version and that happens to be the fix for that TSB. Which would in turn fix the problem. I will give it a try when I get home. Feeling confident though.
  5. My Energi goes in tomorrow morning for Go Times not working. I will update once they are done and what the fix was. I would assume the software needs updated.
  6. I have a problem with that and looked into it last night. I found my problem is with the arm where it goes through the plastic piece under the hood. I ran the wipers in the garage when I got out of the car and its 100% not the wiper. At least for me. I tried pulling the plastic piece away and it stopped but once I let it go it started up again. Not much I can do about that. I will contact the dealer to have them fix it.
  7. I experimented with mine last night. It was 630 and I told it the go time was 730 and to have it at 72 degrees. My garage said it was 56. I went out several times between 700-730 and the L2 charger said it was charging but no fan noise and the car never warmed up. I then deleted that one and the charging stopped from the L2 charger. I created another go time for 1.5 hours out. I set this one to 85. Again the L2 charger said it was charging but no fan noise and the car never warmed up. I then tried 65 but same results. This was all through the MyFord site and I know the times synced because the notifications said it did. Tonight I will try setting the go times in the car but I am pretty sure I will get the same results. I will than call my dealer and let them figure it out. I am guessing it will be the same software problem Spartyof83 had. The problem will be getting my dealer on board. HAHA Oh and my car has a date of 06.02.2013.
  8. Yeah, I have tried 72 and 85 but it doesn't seem to do much at both settings. I know in this discussion (http://www.fordfusionenergiforum.com/topic/1362-go-times/page-4) they are saying that there is a software issue and it will be fixed at some point. Just using remote start for now until a TSB shows up.
