2013 Fusion Hybrid 12 volt battery (original) went dead after sitting for 2 weeks.  Battery replaced.  Check Engine light is on but no codes present in any of the 3 modules that my OBD II software sees..  Everything appears to power up BUT says "Stop when safe" Shift into Reverse or Drive says "Not in Park" No sound from under the hood (can't hear HV battery coolant pump running) although it's 50 degrees in garage.  New 12 volt battery measured 12.3...  Not enough voltage??  Put charger on 12 volt battery for a while voltage now 13.2 volts (charger still attached) Car still acts the same, won't drive...  HVB shows about 80% of full...   Anyone have any ideas????
