larryh Posted December 15, 2013 at 12:46 PM Report Share Posted December 15, 2013 at 12:46 PM Value charge profiles are associated with charge locations. Delete the charge location corresponding to the value charge profile you wish to delete. Using a web browser, select View All under Value Charge Profiles from the main page. Click the My Charge Locations tab. Click the circled x corresponding to the charge location.

Rexracer Posted December 17, 2013 at 10:59 PM Report Share Posted December 17, 2013 at 10:59 PM On MFM, I registered the car when I purchased it, downloaded the app, started the recognition steps (click the app, click the screen in the car saying i had clicked the app) then 24 hours reconfirmed the sync in the car again. Online, I have full menus and access to all features, but on the app, most everything is blocked off, I cant set anything up, see anything, etc. Has anyone else had this problem? DO I just need to delete my car profile and start over?
Russael Posted December 18, 2013 at 12:36 AM Report Share Posted December 18, 2013 at 12:36 AM If the online website is working but the app isn't, you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Some have had success doing that. If you see an app that says FOCUS ELECTRIC or PLUG-IN HYBRID, don't download them; they are no longer current. Kim
