When I go Vehicle--> Remote Start ---> Climate Control all of the offerings are grayed out and you can not select them. The system is enabled and set to a 10 minute duration. Any ideas? I am not using MyKey and I have tried both keys, with the car "running" and in ACC mode. I've even tried accessing it while the car is started via remote start. Nothing seems to shake it. Most likely they'll just re-flash it and it'll be fixed. Regardless, it's probably going to be a trip to the dealer to have that fixed, unless you wan to try disconnecting the negative 12V lead and resetting the car yourself. That might bring it back.
