Go Times, not sticking - even after saving

Folks,

 

I've just tried to set my Go Times and temperature, and I save, but when I go back in to check, they're all gone.

 

I set it up last night, and this morning no climate conditioning had occured. I set them again earlier today, and just went back in an checked, and they're all gone. I just tried it again, logged out and logged back in and they're all gone again...

 

Am I doing something wrong - or missing a step?

After you set a Go time from your computer or the app on a smartphone you must wait until the web site transmits it to the car.

 

You can also set up Go times in the car on the MFT screen.

On the cell phone app you can go back a level and see a screen that says "Sync pending". Go back to the car screen and press the update button. Once it successfully updates you can return to the Go Times screen and the "Sync pending" message should be gone. Sometimes if you close the app too quickly after setting Go Times they get lost and don't sync.
