There's lots of great info about how to maximize efficiency, if that interests you. Most of us seem to catch that bug after getting a very efficient car like the Energi. We loved my wife's so much (103 avg mpg after one year), I leased myself a second one a year later. Drove to North AL to get ours because the uneducated and backwards Ford dealerships in Birmingham metro still refuse to sell the Energis. Be thankful you live in Huntsville where you have an educated consumer/political base and some free public charging stations. The backwards business and political climate in Birmingham metro has provided zero public free charging stations (unless you count the Nissan dealerships).
