I have the original  SD chip for the navigation system in my energi.  Has a later one been issued for the 2013?  If so, how do I go about getting it?

I have a 2013 and the SD card is A4.  There didn't seem to be significant changes in the A5 card.  There are several A6 cards for sale on Ebay at a good price:   http://www.ebay.com/sch/Car-GPS-Software-Maps/169364/bn_557869/i.html

One is only $55 plus shipping.

I would check here for details before buying:   http://ford.navigation.com/product/Catalog/Catalog_Ford_Fusion_2013/U.S.-AND-CANADA-SYNC-NAVIGATION-SYSTEM-MAP-UPDATE-VERSION-A6/sku/FM5T-19H449-AA/en_US/FordNA/USD

Buy and load at your own risk.

This thread at the FFH forum has lots of discussion about the nav updates & how to find the best deal: http://fordfusionhybridforum.com/topic/8485-map-updates/

This thread specifically references the A6 card: http://fordfusionhybridforum.com/topic/9734-navigation-map-a6/

You should check the Sync website, my salesman made sure I registered while I was still at the dealership.  There hasn't been an update for at least 2 years now.  Although you may see the message that "Your SYNC may need an update", the last update for me says August 5, 2013 - V3.6.2
