At the end of your drive note the HVB charge level and the kwh used on the trip meter. A like new HVB will use about 5.4 kwh from 100% charge. It's best if you can do the test from a full charge until it's depleted, but I realize that might not be possible on a test drive. If you can at least take 50% from the HVB that would probably be acceptable. Any less and you might not get a realistic estimate. Expect some degradation.
