Other than needing the electric heater replaced in my FFE we haven't really needed to use them much. I will say that I'm currently having an hvac problem with the car and the soonest they could get me in was 15 days. They're EV techs must stay busy. We've never really had a problem with their service department. Just curious...do you have specific problem or just looking for general maintenance?
