Heated Seats

I scanned through most of the threads with heated seats and they are all older so I would like to ask in a new topic. My 2018 Titanium is awesome and I really can't complain about anything. Just recently we have been getting a lot of snow and it's cold out so I have been using the heated seats. I have found that there is no heat around the lumbar area of the seat, only high back and bottom. Those areas do get super hot on #3 setting so I have to turn down or off. I would really like some lower back heat though. Can anyone confirm if their seats have heat at the lumbar area?

Thanks

The seats use a fan and an thermometric element for the heating and cooling of the seats.  It's blowing hot or cold air into the seat cushion.  The bottom cushion on mine works great for both heat and cool, the back of the seat doesn't work as well.  Try turning on the passenger side without anyone sitting in it and feel the air coming out of the seat.  It works, it just doesn't work as well or as evenly as the old wire grid heaters that roasted the whole seat.
