  1. I appreciate the feedback! After trying the 72 deg setting for the last two weeks it does seem to help a little and the available range is back up to where it should be - I think the 85 Deg setting drained off half the charge trying to warm up the cabin! But the fan only runs on low speed during the Go Times, and never high speed. As suggested, I turned off quiet start, and the fan still only runs on slow speed. Last year during the winter the fan would blow on high with the 85 deg setting and the cabin would get toasty. However, not since last summer after taking in for service to have the transmission case sealed. Using the Remote start feature, the fan will run on high speed and seat warmers turn on, but that starts up the engine, and being in the garage the fumes get into the house. After the service, on a hot summer day, the cabin will not cool since the fan runs low speed.
  2. Does the front driver seat heat up using the Go Times? Mine stays cold with the Go Times set. The Ford dealer I recently visited could neither confirm nor deny - and sent me on my merry way. I also have the similar issue others have had with cabin not getting warm even with Go Times set at 85 Deg F and fan just barely blowing on low speed. I have a 240V charger and use My Ford Mobile. The Ford dealer could not tell me if the fan is supposed to blow on low speed or high speed to help warm the car. This has been a frustrating experience going to the Dealer three times trying to fix the Go Times issues.
  3. I noticed the same situation with the heat. The heat seems to always be turned on even with the procedure to turn off the A/C. There seems to be no way to turn off the heat other than to turn off the Climate control with the Energi MFT climate system. With the heat always turning on, depending on the climate temperature setting, the climate kW dash gauge seems to climb with a higher the temperature setting - indicating the electric heat is on. Anyone else notice?
  4. I had trouble with all my windows keeping the one-touch up and down settings. I took it to the dealer and they fixed it with a TSB: TSB 13-10-4: LOSS OF ONE-TOUCH-UP POWER WINDOW OPERATION All has been fine since last Nov. '13 when it was repaired.

  6. Changed my cabin filter at 10,300 miles on my '13 Fusion Energi. Thanks for the video link. The instructions from the video are the same for the Fusion Energi and made it a relatively simple job. No trim stick needed, just be careful. Use the 7mm socket for all screws and you won't need to worry about removing the wrong screws. Attached are a few pics comparing the new and old filter after 1 year. Judge for yourself if you think it needs changed or not. The air from the vents was beginning to have a foul odor when first turned on so I figured the cabin filter needed changed. A comparison pic below is of the removed filter and new filter before installing. Also a close-up of the old filter shows all the dirt, bugs, grass, etc. collected by the cabin filter.
  7. Larryh - you certainly have done your homework! All this math is making my head numb just glossing it over. Quickly reading thru the posts I do not see where you included Regen in the calculations. I assume the MPGe displayed on the dash includes Regen. However, the kW-h to charge the battery does not include the Regen. Therefore, if you include Regen in your calculations and add that amount to your calculated "true MPGe" does that get closer to what is reported from the car and account for most of the 1.4 larryh factor?
