I read in the manual that using the MyKey setting you can set a warning tone when you exceed a specified speed.  When I go to My Key, its says I have two Admin Keys (I only have two keys).  Can I do this with an Admin Key or must I first create a "MyKey," set the speed and then use the Admin Key when I want to change it?

Yes you have to create a MyKey using one of your keys.  The other key remains an admin key and is the only way to undo or modify a MyKey.

I know this is an old thread but my 2017 Fusion says it has 3 admin keys but I only have two actual keys.  How do I delete the admin key I don't actually have?

Thanks,

Rob

You will have to go to a dealer with both keys.  They will erase the car's key memory and then program in the two that you have,  The key that you don't have is still able to operate your car.
