+1 to "Total BS". There's no world in which a scuff mark to a tire would leave a car in an undrivable state.

For those in the Pacific Northwest, things look a bit different. After getting everything settled, here are my charging options: Charge Point (Public) = $2 / Hour = Not worth it. Charging at Work = $0.50 / Hour = 3 hours = $1.50 = Slightly cheaper than gas, but it's close. Charging at Home = $0.08 / kwh = $0.24 for a Full Charge = Worth it.

I understand what you mean in that they don't own / run this, but from a Branding Perspective, it's certainly Ford's. The very name of the URL says so. At the very least, this site exists with their implicit blessing, else they would shut it down citing copyright violation. Any poor experience here does reflect directly on Ford.

There's no question the iPhone application seems as though it was written by an Intern. It's one of the worst quality apps I've ever seen in the AppStore, and I'm continually surprised how bad it is. Of course, their web sites stink as well. This forum, for example, doesn't even render on IOS / Safari / iPhone, which is a joke unto itself. Car companies clearly write poor software, and then say "It's done" without caring any more for it.

That does the trick: To lock your keys in your car: Toss the keys in the car somewhere. Enter your code using the door keypad. Hold down 7/8 & 9/0 buttons at the same time to actually lock the car.

Chargepoint generally charges $2 / hour, and it takes about 3 hours to charge my Energi. On that charge, I get about 25 miles. A gallon of gas is $4, and gets about 45 miles. (Electric) 25 miles / $6 = $0.24 / mile. (Gas) 45 miles / 4 = $0.08 / mile. That's a 3x win for Gas over Electric, as priced by the Chargepoint stations around the area. It makes me sad that it's cheaper to NOT charge my car.

Thanks guys. When I've tried to lock the car using the keypad, I hear it lock. But then I open the door (no key) and everything opens. I've not tried holding down the 7/8 and 9/0 buttons, but will give it a shot today. I so wish these key-fobs were in the form factor of a credit card. I would love to stop carrying around a giant key chain!

With the handy numeric unlock built in on the driver's door, I don't see why I should carry around a big ugly key-fob all day long. I want to lock my keys in the car. I have the keyless system, so I just push a button to start the car. Any ideas how I can do this? I've tried everything I can think of. My car is a 2014 Energi Ti. -- Chris
