  2. Take it to the dealer and get them test the 12 volt battery for a bad cell.
  3. I haven't been back to Westland in a long while. I grew up near Warren Rd and Inkster Rd.
  4. Anyone else locked out of MyFord Mobile, and can't change password? I'm clicking on the "Forgot Password" link, and it sends me the email with a new temp password. However, that password never works, and it won't let me back into my account to change it. Getting really frustrated with Ford and their lack of support for MyFord Mobile.
  5. Mine is sorta working. Sorta you ask?? Yes.. If i try to remote start or lock/unlock the car, I get an error message on the app saying that the process failed. However, if I go out to the car, I find that it is running (so the remote start actually worked). Gotta love IT when it doesn't work!
  6. One more thing to check... Log into myfordmobile.com, go to "My Account" and check the timezone. I noticed my was set for US\Hawaii for some reason.
  7. Sounds like the 12V battery may have a dead cell. Look in the forums for 12V battery. There are a bunch of posts about it.

  9. Doesn't the horn honk at you if you walk away from the car (with key in pocket) while the care is still running?

  11. I'm not sure if this is the case, but I've noticed this before. I seem to only get the messages via Sync when I'm out of the Messages app on the phone, or when my phone is locked. If my phone is unlocked, and I'm in the Messages app, I won't get the notification in Sync, and only get it on the phone. Might be something you may want to try. - Jason
  12. Unpair your phone and then delete the bluetooth connection from your phone and Sync. Re-add your phone to Sync. It should work after that.
  13. Mine works, but it is very quirky. When you press start, it just sits there trying to update, but it never does. I've closed the app, and got back in, to find that it says it has started and will shut off in 15 minutes.
