  1. I know in the manual it states a 10k mile oil change interval, but, I drive my car on electric most of the time and at almost 7k miles on the clock the oil life monitor is showing 70% remaining. Am I OK to extend the interval to 15k miles or will that void my factory warranty?
  2. I have the exact same problem. Just started 2 weeks ago. I had an electrician come out and put a brand new 20a circuit in and it still overheats. Worked fine from when I got the car in August 2015 till about 2 weeks ago. Any fixes? My car is a 2016
  3. The car had the problem even before I did anything to it. I found a tsb that explained my issue perfectly. It just needs a software update to the Sony DSP
  4. Jumped on the highway today to go out of town for the weekend. I put the car in EV later mode. When the IcE is running, the sound system (stock Sony) is normal. But when coasting down a hill or slowing for traffic when the car goes to EV, the bass turns off. Why is this? It's definitely noticeable. It sounds like it turns off the subwoofers in the rear deck. I just hooked up my amplifier and subwoofers and taped the deck subs, same problem, it cuts the signal in EV
  5. What are the Hybrid/Energi PIDs for the torque app so I can monitor them? I have searched and found some post about people doing the monitoring but not an actual list of PIDs. Thanks!
  6. Hey, picked up my car Friday. A 2016 Energi Titanium. Love it. I went to top off my tank yesterday, it was a hair under full on the gauge and on the myford mobile app. It took 1.3 gallons including a few click offs. I got back into the car turned it on, and the fuel guage didn't move along with the app. A day later the fuel guage is the same, hasn't gone up. Is something wrong?
  7. Do you think the car will be able to handle the load of my amplifier?
  8. Hey, Im new to this forum. This week, i'll be trading my 2011 Taurus SHO for a 2016 Fusion Energi Titanium. I currently have a Pioneer 9601 Amp and 2 Sundown 10s in the trunk. I am wondering if the Energi's electrical system can handle the load. In the amps manual, it says it draws 7.5A and consumes close to 50A at full trot. The Taurus has handled it fine as it comes from the factory with a 200A alternator. How big is the alternator/charging system on the Energi? I know the battery is in the trunk on the Energi, so id only need a 3-4ft power cable run to it. Thanks!
