I have a jump box now but it does not seem to want to help. I'll get a battery charger tomorrow and let it charge for a few hours and try that.

It's definitely outside but does not seem like a brake noise.

When you turn our 13 Energi TI to the left like when you are pulling in a parking lot there is a pretty decect high pitched squeal. It is intermittent, probably happening 60% of the time. Anybody else have this issue? We had it in the dealer for this and a couple other issues and they could not duplicate it. Funny, I seem to duplicate it almost every time I turn left.

Well it happened again. Went out to start the Energi this afternoon and it did not start. It is completely dead. It had been plugged in since Thursday. We tried a jump and nothing. Found the posts under the hood (from a post on this forum) and it's like it is completely dead. Can not get in the trunk to the battery. Isn't there a release handle in the trunk? Shined a light through the hole in back seat but could not see it, I think a piece of luggage is covering it up. Any ideas? This is the second time in a year.

Ok so here is an update. Battery test went fine the first time but then on a second test it was showing a problem. They changed out the battery and it made no difference. They can not figure out what the issue is. They are pulling some specialist in who knows hybirds to look at it. Looking at computer issues, etc etc. They did give us a rental car. Hopefully they will figure this out soon. We purchased My fiance drives the car and really enjoys it. She gets right at 52 mpg avg per day on her 120 mile daily round trip to work and back. She is able to charge at work also.

We have a 13 Energi Titanium and we have had it about 7 months. Great car to this point This morning it will not start. You hit the button and the it does not come on and every warning signal for just about everything comes up on the display from the BLISS to the coolant being to hot. All I did was put air in one tire that was 5 lbs low as the tire warning came on yesterday. The elec seats wont move, lights come on in the cabin but no headlights. I thought maybe the battery was dead or dying. So I tried to jump. No difference. Then I read about doing a reset. So I unhooked the battery for about 15 mins and no difference. Any ideas? Looks like it might be a tow and a rental car. I do not suppose Ford provides loaners?
