I'm also getting 4.2KHW and never more than 14m range (no bearing on) on my 3 year old 50K miles C-Max Energi (same powertrain). I've been plugging in at work (110V and home 220V) for the last year and a half and only at home before that. Degradation appears to be mostly in the last few months. Took it to the dealer yesterday and they applied SSM 44918 and "reset the lifetime summary" but it looks like it had no effect (no surprise as I think this is only changes the predicted mileage). I'm going to check the charge again tonight and try with them again tomorrow.
