Hi, I just bought my 2014 Fusion Energi and I noticed that when I plugged the power cord the ring light only flashes its left side ( not the whole ring) and when it is done charging, only half of the ring is blue. The mile range is 17 miles EV when it is charged. I wonder why it is not charging completely? Thank you for the help!
