Oh, this one is like the other... same person too.. 8) Sync 3.3 (being a 2019 it could be)? or Sync 3.0 ? Sync 3.0 doesn't play well with the iphoneX, the phone is too new.. if it's 3.3, it might be better ... Things to try: remove the iphone from the list of phones in Sync and the Sync from the phone... then re-pair them. Master Reset... this will clear all the settings in Sync See if there is an update from the owner.ford.com site for 3.0 it should be 18xxx for 3.3 it might be 18xxx or 19xxx, at this point I don't remember. See if another phone will work (have a friend test another iphone not X, or Android)

ok, so a month later... 8) When you say it's disconnected, can you elaborate? week old to you, but a 2013? So that means it's Sync 2 , I don't think Sync 2 talks to an iPhoneX well, or at all... even if you are at 3.10 of Sync 2 I'm reading users that have Sync 3, and the iPhoneX is not working well...

I know this is a late reply, but in case it wasn't dealt with... with it's not the FFE specificly, it's the SYNC 3 (Sync 2 at the time didn't do that) . with the newest update (3.0 now) Android Auto is available.

I only have the 13 FFH, but am looking at getting a new or slightly used FFHE. What I see are (new) 17's for very close to the cost of 18's But I'm not sure if there is an advantage to an 18 over a 17. Especially if the cost difference is minimal. as far as features, I know I don't want the SE, so a Platinum or Titanium would be what I'd get. This is not going to happen till summer anyway, so I'm sure the deals will happen, especially if the 19's are coming and the 18's price comes way down to get rid of them. 8)
