  1. There's a Canadian law firm named Gluckstein Lawyers who appears to be doing a class action law suit against Ford. I pasted a link below that takes you to a form where you can express interest in participating in their class action lawsuit. https://www.gluckstein.com/class-actions/Ford-Fusion-PHEV-2019-2020-Recall-Class-Action/learn-more
  2. I'm also in Canada, no $250 fuel compensation from Ford, no talk of buy-backs. In regards to the earlier comment, I still have the original 3G modem and I've left my car for up to a couple of weeks with no noticeable battery drain.
  3. @marjimbo, I also reside in Canada with an affected car. I haven't seen a cheque either. Perhaps they're only doing it in the US. I bought the car new and I haven't changed addresses since buying it.
  4. Did Ford modify the remedy description for this recall at https://www.ford.com/support/recalls/? It's currently suggesting that the high voltage battery will be replaced in addition to flashing the BECM software. I attached a screen shot for reference. Maybe this was already known to the group but I figured I'd post it just in case it's something new.
  5. Does the cabin heater draw power from the EV battery while driving in ICE mode after the engine has been adequately warmed up? How about if you have a warm ICE but driving in EV mode? Some context to my question. I drive at city speeds for 10 mins to reach the highway. Then drive highway speeds for 90 mins. Another 10 mins at city speeds to reach my destination. I'd like to save my EV energy for city driving, and know that I'm not consuming it while heating the cabin on the highway.
  6. I've observed that the ICE enables and revs when I fully let off of the accelerator pedal while driving in "L". The ICE will not enable if I slowly release the accelerator pedal. The intensity of the rev increases at higher driving speeds but it sounds like about 4000 RPM at city driving speeds. I've experimented with warm & cool days and also with warm & cool engine temperatures, but the same result occurs. Are other forum members observing similar behavior with their Energi's when driving in "L"?
