Ordered mid July, 2014 2015. Total MSRP. 42,190. I paid 38,900. This price is before ANY incentives and does not include TTL. Also received very good price on my trade in vehicle. Quoted mid Sept delivery. When should I have an order number, build date, VIN number?

I am negotiating on a 2015 Energi. My dealer added $50.40 Fuel Charge AND $623.00 Advertising Assessment! Did you folks get these charges? Were you able to negotiate them out? I am looking to pay invoice or less for the car. Thanks.
