  1. Hello. Does anyone know how to get the best acceleration or torque on an Energi? What EV setting works best to get the maximum acceleration in situations like entering a freeway or quickly maneuvering out of a dangerous situation? I'm still learning how to use EV modes at optimum times and read something about putting the car in EV Later mode. The vast majority of my daily commute consists of city driving and I'm only on the freeway about 5-10% of the time, but during that small time I noticed decreased acceleration compared to my old 2014 regular Fusion Hybrid. Any ideas? Thanks.
  2. From the album: Car

Acceleration efficiency from 0 to 40 mph. Slow acceleration requires 0.21 miles to reach 40 mph. 40 mph is achieved with faster acceleration after about 0.04 miles. A constant speed of 40 mph is maintained for the remaining miles until the total distance traveled is 0.21 miles.
  3. From the album: Car

This charge shows the HVB Energy Consumed vs. Distance for acceleration rates of about 1.5 bars, 2 bars, and 3 bars.
