Hackers Remotely Kill a Jeep on the Highway

Someone posted the Prius hacking on here some time ago... looks like those guys are still at it.  The bright side is they appear to have found these vulnerabilities first and are sharing them with the manufacturers, rather than someone who is truly malicious and starts causing accidents.

 

While all the wireless features are cool and convenient... there is no such thing as "completely secure" when it comes to a computer.

Well, they could kill the cellular connection when the car is in gear. That would solve the issues.
