  1. So I have a 2013 Ford Fusion that after an extended idle time it will begin to misfire then no throttle response, and no power then die. Then I can turn the switch off then after it cranks for about 10 seconds it starts back up. And will not do it every time just occasionally if it idles for a few minutes. No other issues than that. No codes....
  2. WIth the excellent help of AAA Car buyimg I traded my 2013 Fusion Energi in for a 2018 Fusion Energi. Why you might ask? Reasonable question. Because I wanted a new car and because I can. I loved my 2013 it was the best car I have ever purchased until now. Oh and there have been many new cars in my garage. My 2018 came with just about everything except a moon roof and universal garage door opener. Here in Arizona, a moon roof is just an unwanted heat source and I will suffer through the lack of the universal garage door opener. Cooled seats, sounds silly, but in AZ... Nice. Synch 3, Wow options galor. I have spent 2 days studying the owners manual and playing with it. One question. Option of 'Switch Inhibit', On or Off. Nowhere that I can find anything that describes what 'Switch Inhibit' is? My 2018 is really a beautiful metalic gold and is actually faster off the starting line than the 2013 and like the 2013 comfortable and fun to drive. I kind of equate buying this car with upgrading an iPhone. In that it is increamentally better and, well newer. I feel a Fall road trip is in order... Maybe up US395

  4. Hello I have just bought my 2013 Ford Fusion. It comes with my ford touch navigation but I can't use it because it doesn't have the maps for my region :( . I live in Jordan/Middle East. Is there anyway I can make this work??? BTW it came with an A4 SDCard and has the following item number: DM5T-14H449-AA USA/CAN. :sos:
  5. http://www.fordfusionenergiforum.com/gallery/album/11-splendida-futuris-bright-future/Hey there - I've been watching this forum for a few weeks and have really enjoyed the expertise and experience here. We just picked up our Fusion Energi last week, and absolutely love the car! I first saw it at the Auto Show and had actually gone to research the C Max Energi as well as the other plug in hybrids that were offered. When we saw the Fusion Energi it was love at first sight. The seats were comfortable, the quality of construction was excellent, and of course the styling was unbelievable. Everything else that we looked at had the Prius feel or was built with really cheap plastic and didn't seem like they would last long. We bought the Energi for the technology and wanted every option that was available. After driving the Fusion Hybrid we made a deposit and found that they had a Sterling Gray Energi with the Titanium Trim Package was on the train and heading to our local dealer, (what luck was that?). Most of our driving is at close distance, so the Energi is the perfect car for us. So far we're averaging 84.5 to 97.0 mpg so we have really enjoyed the economy. I downloaded the PDF of the owner's manual and have read through it twice and have watched every video that I could in order to become more familiar with the systems. The only thing that we've done is tinted the windows and pinstriped it with a thin line from front to back. All that is left on my short list is to add the splash guards to the front and rear wheel wells and to track down a window shade for the windshield. Here are some photos that I've uploaded: http://www.fordfusionenergiforum.com/gallery/album/11-splendida-futuris-bright-future/ I'm excited to hang with you and offer whatever I can along the way.
  6. From the album: Splendida Futuris (Bright Future)

This Sterling Gray Fusion has the Titanium Trim and is equipped with the Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeper System, Park Assist, and many other options. The plug in feature offers 20 miles of electrice range and the flexibility to use the electric power later when it will be more efficient for your drive.
